Hence, the Company will not publish the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
VTX Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Sri. Durai Ramaswamy, Director of the Company expressed his unableness to continue as Director due to health reasons. Keeping in mind his health condition, the Board of Directors decided to relieve him from the duties of the Director of the Company with effect from February 04, 2012, and placed on record its appreciation for the valuable advice and contribution rendered to the Board by Sri. Durai Ramaswamy during his long term association with the Company. The Board will be taking appropriate steps in identifying the replacement.
