VTX Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2012, inter alia, has accepted the resignation of Sri. P. Vijay Regunath, Director of the Company who submitted the same due to personal reasons, with immediate effect. The Board placed on record its appreciation for the valuable advice and contribution rendered to the Board by Sri. P. Vijay Regunath during his tenure as Director of the Company. The Board will be taking appropriate steps in identifying the replacement.
